We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Keylight Digital, LLC subscriptions.
Subscription Plans
Our services offer a free plan with limited features and paid plans billed as recurring subscriptions in USD. Available plans and pricing are listed on our homepage. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@keylightdigital.dev. Please include the email address associated with your account.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- You will continue to have full access to the service until your current period ends.
Refund Conditions
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to new subscriptions only.
- Service issues: If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged in error or billed twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Renewal charges after the 14-day initial purchase window.
- Partial billing periods (cancellations mid-cycle).
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Free Plan
Our free plan is available at no cost with no time limit. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time. If you upgrade and later wish to return to the free plan, you may cancel your paid subscription and your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your billing period.

To request a refund, contact us at support@keylightdigital.dev with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
